Items are reviewed for visible hardware, stitching, cosmetic, and condition issues whenever possible.
Delivered To Customer
Orders are prepared and shipped to customers in Malaysia.
Most products are personally sourced by our founder from official US retail channels before being prepared for shipment to Malaysia.

Quality & Condition Inspection
Whenever possible, products are inspected before purchase to identify obvious defects, cosmetic issues, or condition concerns.
While Luna Solis is not affiliated with any brand and does not perform factory-level authentication, we take reasonable steps to ensure products meet our quality standards before being offered to customers.

Visible scratches, tarnishing, plating defects, and hardware condition are checked whenever possible.

Products are reviewed for obvious cosmetic concerns whenever possible. Minor variations or imperfections that are common in outlet or display merchandise may not always result in rejection. Items with significant or unacceptable condition issues are generally not offered for sale.

Display Items
Occasionally, outlet stores offer display items at substantial discounts. When a display item is offered for sale, any known condition issues are disclosed to the customer before purchase whenever possible. The discounted pricing is passed on to the customer, allowing them to make an informed purchasing decision.
Our Story
Luna Solis was established in 2023 as a registered Malaysian business and builds upon years of US sourcing experience developed through earlier business operations under Sacosa.
What started as a small personal shopping service gradually evolved into a trusted business serving customers throughout Malaysia.
Since approximately 2015–2016, products have been sourced directly from official outlet stores, brand websites, and authorized retailers throughout the United States. This experience now forms the foundation of Luna Solis’s sourcing and quality review process.
Unlike large-scale resellers, Luna Solis remains a small independent business focused on careful sourcing, transparent communication, and long-term customer trust.
Many customers have been shopping with us for years, and more than 5,000 orders have been fulfilled through our sourcing operations over the years. We believe trust is earned through consistency, honesty, and delivering authentic products exactly as described.
