  • Authenticity: All the products available at Sacosa are sourced by our dedicated Shopping teams and partners from various outlet stores across the USA. We want to assure you that we have a strict policy against dealing in counterfeit products. Every item we offer is authentic and originates from well-known official outlet stores and reputable establishments. It is important to emphasize that we do not engage in the sale of fake items or AAA grade products.
  • Dustbag, paper bag, price tag, care card: Our main focus is on selling brand-new items, unless stated otherwise. While most products come with price tags and care cards, sometimes these might be missing due to packing, transportation, or availability at the store. If a bag lacks a price tag or care card, it doesn’t indicate it’s used or fake; sometimes they just vanish. If this is a concern for you, please consider it before placing an order. Keep in mind, even if a bag includes a dust bag, paper bag, price tag, and care card, it’s not a guarantee of authenticity, as price tags can be easily duplicated. Due to environmental concerns, many stores are reducing the distribution of free boxes and bags, so we’re unable to provide them. Generally, most outlet brand bags don’t include dust bags, except in some exceptional cases. If you happen to get one of those exceptions, rest assured we’ll ensure you receive the dust bag.
  • Product Imperfections: We want to bring to your attention that since a significant portion of our products comes from outlet stores, you might come across minor imperfections. Please note that we only accept returns for substantial defects that make the product unfit for use. Minor visual imperfections, however, will not be eligible for return. We recommend taking this into consideration before making a purchase. It’s important to acknowledge that differences in product images and actual items, influenced by factors such as lighting conditions and modeling, may affect your perception. Kindly understand that we do not permit exchanges based on variations in color or size. Your comprehension in this matter is greatly appreciated.
  • Warranties: Due to our products being purchased in the US, we do not offer international warranties, except for watches where the manufacturer’s offer warranty up to 1 year.  however it will be your responsibility to claim the warranty from manufacturer, we will provide all the documents you need to claim your watch warranty 
  • Watch Battery: While we diligently store our watches in a warehouse, there may be instances where batteries deplete during the shipping process to your address. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for battery replacements in such cases.
  • Ready Stock: Items in our Malaysian ready stock typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after your payment clears. However, please note that the exact arrival time of your parcel is subject to our courier partner’s schedule, and we cannot guarantee a specific arrival timeframe.
  • Pre Order Item Timeline: The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) refers to our projection of when the item will reach our warehouse, as opposed to the time it will reach your address. It’s important to note that the ETA is only an estimation, and any delays arising from customs clearance, shipping company schedules, or other external factors beyond our control are not within our responsibility
  • Pre Order Item: Once you have confirmed your order, please understand that we cannot accommodate cancellations. The sole circumstance under which we will refund your deposit is if the item has sold out and we are unable to fulfill your order.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Following the handover of the parcel to our courier partner, we cannot be held accountable for any issues that may arise during the delivery process. You will receive the tracking number via email, and you can also locate it in your order details. It is your responsibility to track the parcel’s progress through our designated courier partner.
  • Delivery Insurance: All our parcels are insured for amounts up to RM 500. Should your parcel sustain damage during delivery, we kindly request that you get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. This will allow us to provide you with the necessary documentation to initiate an insurance claim.
  • Inspection Period: We urge you to thoroughly inspect the items you receive within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. It’s important to note that cases reported beyond the 24-hour timeframe will not be entertained..
  • Final Sale: All purchases are treated as final sales. We do not facilitate returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in situations where the item received does not align with the description we have provided. It’s worth keeping in mind that photographs of items taken under varying lighting conditions might display color variations. We do not permit exchanges due to discrepancies in color or size.
  • Price Adjustments: We do not offer retroactive price adjustments for prior purchases.
  • Price Negotiation Policy: Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. We don’t play price games or haggle. What you see is the best price we can offer. But don’t worry, during sales, we offer coupons for extra savings. Take advantage of this opportunity before it ends!
  • Promo Code Application: We kindly request that you ensure the accurate entry of promo codes during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify prices for orders that have already been completed, once the transaction has been finalized.
