When can I receive my product ?

Our products are shipped out Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Perak state. The time it takes for you to receive your parcel is dependent on our courier partner. Typically, it takes us approximately 1 to 3 business days to pack and hand over your parcel to our courier partner after receiving the final payment. The actual delivery date is subject to our courier partner's schedule. To track your delivery status, you can use the tracking number provided by us at our courier partner's website."

Can I return the product ?

All purchases are considered final sales, and we do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where the received item deviates from the provided description or if it has a manufacturing defect that renders it unusable. It is important to note that photographs of items taken under different lighting conditions may result in color variations. We do not authorize exchanges based on differences in color or size. Where do find my tracking number ?

In the unlikely event of parcel damage during courier transportation, please get in touch with us immediately. We will promptly furnish you with all the necessary information to initiate an insurance claim. It is crucial to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged parcel, as we can only address cases reported within this timeframe. Please note that while we are committed to addressing issues related to transportation damage, all sales are final, and we do not entertain exchanges for cosmetic defects such as minor scratches, spot discoloration, loose threads on the surface, or products that have been misused or intentionally sabotaged
